1. Естественно, я скопировал их содержимое
2. .htaccess был записан именно так, заглавными это я в форуме написал,
3. FAQ читал несколько раз, вроде все понятно, но не работает.

В CMD что прописывать надо?

Паралельно стоит швейцарский нож и Denwer, но я их отключил.
